FAQ

Are you insured?
Yes through Pet Business Insurance.

How many times a day will you visit?
We will visit as many times as you require! Our services are tailored around you & your pets & to suit your needs.

What happens if my pet is ill / there is an emergency.
We have a free introductory meeting with you & your pet (s) beforehand & collect all the important information that we require, which includes your contact details and your vet details.

In the event of an emergency or if we feel we may need to take your pet to the vets, we will always contact you via email, text and or phone and leave a message if necessary.

If we are unable to contact you and urgent medical attention is required we will take your pet to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.

What happens if I’m delayed

We will always check in to confirm that you have returned home. If you are delayed for some reason, we will of course continue to feed your pet (s) until you confirm with us that you have arrived home safely.

When should I give a key to my pet sitter / dog walker?

Most clients give their keys to us at the introductory meeting. If you are unable to give your keys at that time, we will schedule a collection shortly before you departure.

We prefer to keep your keys secure on file for future visits. Keys are kept secure and locked away, we do not keep your address details with your keys, only your pets names.

Key return can be discussed directly with us, and arranged at your convenience. However, there will be a charge of £5.00 if you wish us to return keys after each booking.

Can I specify a particular time for my dog to be walked or my cat / small fluffy to be visited?

Our daily walks are mainly carried out between 9.30am and 3.00pm. If you have particular requirements outside of these times which need to fit in with your schedule then please contact us to discuss these with us. We will do everything we can to accommodate you and your dogs needs.

Our daily cat / small fluffy visits are either morning or late afternoon / evening, or both if you would like 2 visits a day.

If you require our services once a day, we will communicate with you about your departure times and link these into our visits so that your pets do not go for an extended period of time without a visit.

What types of breeds & dogs do you walk / How do you decide what dogs to walk together?

We always match dogs & their temperaments together.

We will not walk any dogs in a group that have aggressive tendencies or are from a very large breed.

For those that do fall into the category above, we are more than happy to discuss needs with you & walk your dog solely. However, we will not take on any dogs that have aggressive tendancies towards ther humans.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
